If we were to define ''Mental Health'' it will usually refer to a person's overall psychological well-being, encompassing their emotional, social, and cognitive state. It relates to how an individual thinks, feels, and behaves, as well as their ability to cope with the ups and downs of life, handle stress, maintain relationships, and make decisions. To answer the question ''What causes 'Mental Health' problems?'' we cannot pinpoint and state that there is only one cause of it, a person's mental health can be affected by various factors, such as genetics, environment, life experiences, other biological and neurological factors.

Anytime 'Mental Health' is brought up in a conversation, the first thought in the listeners mind might be 'Is it really worth to be worried about?', 'Is it really important?' First and foremost, good mental health allows us to lead a happy and healthy life. It helps us to maintain a healthy relationship with our friends and family, we can overcome many obstacles and be stress free too. Secondly, mental health affects our physical health greatly too and the negative sides of it are too great to just not care about.
