SOMETHING I AM INTERESTED IN : PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography has always been something I’ve been passionate about. It’s a way for me to capture memories, express my creative side and just a fun hobby that I love. Whether it’s taking pictures of my friends and family, taking pictures on my travels or getting creative with lighting and angles, I’m always excited to explore what I can create with a camera and lens.

I think one of the things that drew me to photography initially was being able to capture moments. It’s almost like freezing time - taking a moment in your life and preserving it forever. Every photo has a story and every photograph is a reflection of a moment in time. It’s like taking a memory and making it last forever. Looking back on photos from trips or events brings back those fond memories and it’s amazing to be able to have that visual reminder.

The above picture was taken by me in Kuakata Sea Beach where I went to spend a vacation with my family. This picture is very much close to my heart as it shows a very precious bond between a father and a daughter. Taking this photo made me realise that being able to capture some stories can be so meaningful and powerful.

There’s a whole new world out there, right outside our window where we can find the true meaning of living in this beautiful world. There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature. I took the above pictures losing myself completely in front of the natural beauty of this universe.

I love every bit of the above picture. This picture makes me very much emotional because it shows the unconditional love between a mother towards her children. Whether it is a human being or an animal there’s nothing that can compared with a mother’s affection. This picture expresses the vision of love in such a way that words just can’t.

Also, I find photography to be so much fun. I love experimentation and trying out different techniques and lighting to get the perfect shot. There are bunch of good cameras that help us to play around and manipulate the images to get different effects. For example, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Sony and more. The camera I use and which I am comfortable with is Canon 760 D with a 18-135 mm zoom and 50 mm prime lens. I love getting creative using my lenses to take a shot. It’s such a rewarding feeling when I take a shot that I’m proud of. It’s something that keeps me inspired and motivated.

Last but not least, photography helps me to connect with others. I love learning about people and getting to know them better through it. It has become such an important part of my life and I always look forward to the new possibilities and experiences it brings. It really has changed my perspective and opened up my world to so much more.
